VIRTUAL MEETING

SPEAKER:  Traci Lewis VanCamp, MPM® RMP® from our NARPM®  Speaker Bureau.

TOPIC: She will be discussing Making Money in Property Management

Traci Lewis VanCamp, MPM®RMP®, began her career in real
estate more than 25 years ago and is an award-winning REALTOR;
she has earned her RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement and Hall of
Fame awards. She also holds an Associate Broker license with
RE/MAX Alliance in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Traci has earned
several REALTOR® designations that include Certified Residential
Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®),
Accredited Commercial Professional (ACP) and is a Graduate,
REALTOR® Institute (GRI).

During her 15+ years as a NARPM® Member, she earned her
Master Property Manager (MPM) and Residential Management
Professional (RMP) designations. Volunteering has been a passion
of Traci’s and she has served on several Committees, assisted
Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), Co-chaired the 2014 Eastern
Regional Conference, Chaired the first Virginia State Conference
and is an Ethics instructor for NARPM. Traci is a Past President of
both The Virginia Peninsula and Virginia State Chapters and
recently served on the NARPM® Board of Directors as the 2014
Southeast Region Vice President, and the 2015 & 2016 Atlantic
Region Vice President.

Traci is currently serving as chair for The Hampton Roads Realtor
Association (HRRA) Property Management & Leasing Council,
serving on their Board of Directors and a NARPM Ambassador for
the Atlantic Region.

 

 

The Charlotte NARPM chapter currently meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at the Dilworth Neighborhood Grille-911 E Morehead St, Charlotte, NC 28204
