We are pleased to have with us today as our guest speaker, Mr. Stephen L. Fussell. Mr. Fussell is a Senior Consumer Protection Officer for the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.
A native of North Carolina, he earned an undergraduate degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, continued his studies at North Carolina State University, and earned a graduate degree from Campbell University. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Senior Certified Real Estate Investigator, and is licensed as a real estate broker in North Carolina.
Employed at the Commission since 1991, Mr. Fussell investigates complaints filed against real estate brokers and unlicensed persons engaging in real estate brokerage activities.
