Pamela Vesper earned a BA from Vanderbilt University and an adult education teaching certificate from Duke University. After graduating from Tulane Law School, Pam joined the North Carolina Real Estate Commission as Assistant Legal Counsel, prosecuting cases before the Commission for 7 years. Thereafter, she changed gears and joined the NCREC’s Audits and Investigations section. For the next 7 years, Pam investigated complaints made against agents across the state. She was the ARELLO Investigator of the Year in 2008.
Now Pam uses her experiences with the NCREC to help educate real estate brokers and keep them out of trouble. Pam teaches and writes the Property Management Update class each year as well as other CE classes geared specifically toward property managers. She also teaches GRI coursework for the NC Association of Realtors. Finally, she represents real estate licensees when they receive a brown envelope.
Pam is affiliated with Capital Real Estate School, the Real Estate Broker’s Academy and is a partner in the law firm that she founded, Vesper & Stallings, PLLC.
